The Global Engagements Office (GEO) of the University of the Cordilleras is the primary office responsible for advancing the University’s internationalization efforts. Under the Office of the President, GEO builds and strengthens partnerships with institutions worldwide, develops collaborative academic and research programs, and supports faculty, staff, and student mobility. Aligned with the University’s commitment to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, AmBisyon Natin 2040, and ASEAN ideals, GEO works to produce graduates who are locally committed yet globally engaged, equipping the UC community with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to thrive in today’s interconnected world.

Mission
To attain this vision, University of the Cordilleras, through the Global Engagements Office, shall lead the internationalization of the university through strategic partnership with local and international institutions in developing and implementing meaningful and productive home-based and external internationalization opportunities.
Goals
The goals of the Global Engagements Office focus on producing international opportunities through the formation of transnational partnerships, increase global competitiveness by preparing students and faculty for international opportunities, and facilitate international programs and initiatives that align with the university’s vision and mission.
